My counseling and psychotherapy practice focuses on assessment, education, treatment, and positive outcomes for people who want to improve the quality of their lives. In a safe and supportive environment, clients are able to gain greater insight into the sources of their problems, and explore more effective ways of thinking and behaving in order to take the actions necessary to identify and achieve their goals.
